MWR Star is an initiative to recognize exemplary employees in MWR. People who go above and beyond to assist MWR customers and their co-workers. One individual is chosen monthly to be featured as our star, spotlighting details about themselves and their position within MWR.
1. How long have you worked for MWR?
I have worked with the organization for 15 years.
2. What do you do for MWR?
I am the Administrative Support Assistant for CYS Division.
3. Where are you from?
I am from Texas.
4. What do you enjoy doing in your off time?
I am in love with spending time with my family and reading. Knowledge is your greatest strength that no one can take away.
5. What are some words of wisdom that you would like to share?
The personal message I tell myself each morning is “GOD has guided your footsteps this far, and he doesn’t plan on failing you anytime soon. Continue to walk straight, love yourself, and understand that everyone teaches you something in life whether you like it or not.”
6. What do you enjoy about working for MWR?
I love working as an Administrative Support Assistant, this was my path to take. Working in this environment I enjoy the NEW that comes every day. Nothing is ever the same from day to day.
