The Sports and Fitness Branch provides a variety of Unit-Level programs for all active duty military personnel. It also provides Battalion Level programs in accordance with the Army Sports Program.
In addition to the intramural programs, there are basketball and softball programs that are offered to retirees, dependents, civilian employees and contractors of Fort Gordon.

The Fort Gordon Run Series has themed runs and stroller walks throughout the year. Dates and times of runs may change due to weather and circumstances. Here are some examples of our Runs:

The MWR Sports Program mission is to provide ample opportunity for participation in sports programs. It offers numerous sports programs for Soldiers, Family Members, retirees, civilian employees, and contractors of the Fort Gordon community.
Fitness is geared to fun runs/walks, aerobics training classes, Nautilus training, free weight and strength training for all authorized personnel of Fort Gordon. No fees or dues are charged for the activities/programs and use of facilities, with the exception of a nominal fee charged for personal fitness trainers at Gordon Fitness Center.
