BOSS presents their 2020 Summer Dodgeball Tournament! This event is free for all teams, so get your players together and prepare to win!

Name of the team
Name of Team Captain and his/her email and phone number
Name of each player
Unit and phone number of each player
S1 Emergency Contact of each player
Team Colors
