Come and join us at the Armed Forces Day Kids Run!
The America’s Kids Run is an Armed Forces Day activity held in May of each year for all military dependents to participate in. Join us on May 21st, beginning at 9:30am, on the track located next to the Exchange at the corner of 3rd Ave. & 40th St.
Training Tips:
●Remember to stretch before and after you run
●Practice Pacing
●Start slow with age-appropriate distances
●Make it FUN
●Try running games
