Join EFMP for their "Transitioning An Educational Plan" Clinic! Parents are key members of their child's TaEP team. This clinic includes an in-depth look at how to transition into an educational plan for your EFMP member, including how to use evaluations to write measurable goals, as well as strategies to help parents become more active participants on their child's team.
