The Installation Organizational Points of Contact (OPOC) are a key role responsible for facilitating and supporting the Volunteer Program within their organization. Prior to assuming this role, completion of mandatory training and registration in the Volunteer Management Information System (VMIS) is required. The OPOC plays a critical role in ensuring the success and impact of our volunteer efforts.
