Instead of spending all day cooking or deciding where to go - have GC&C do it for you! This year we're offering a HEAT AND SERVE meal option - to be picked up on your way home from work the day before Thanksgiving! Save your shopping energy for Friday! Let GC&C do the hard part and you just sit back and enjoy!

Roasted Turkey
Rubbed with fresh sage butter and served with apple cider gravy
Cranberry-Orange Sauce
Made with fresh whole cranberries and orange zest
Slow Smoked Beef Brisket
Slow smoked and served with a tangy pineapple BBQ sauce
White Truffle Mashed Potatoes
Homemade, rustic red-skin mashed potatoes topped with white truffle oil
3 Cheese Mac & Cheese
Our mouth watering Mac & Cheese is made with sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack and Gouda cheese
Pecan & Peppered Sausage Stuffing
Stuffing made in house with fresh herbs, peppered sausage, pecans and cubed ciabatta
Green Bean Casserole
A creamy casserole made with fresh green beans, portabella mushrooms and homemade crispy onions

* The Turkey and Brisket will be sliced (It will come with a lb of each protein); served with 16oz of each side, 4 rolls with butter, and 4 slices of one of the desserts. Add an extra side (16oz portion, serves 4) for $10. Extra rolls 6 w/ butter for $4.
Cost
$80.00 for 4 people.
$40.00 for each additional person. (2 people minimum)

Reservations are required! Orders will be taken no later than November 23rd by 12:00pm (pick up will be on November 25th from 2-6pm).
