WestoBOO! Meal Series: Artist Stephanie Hardigree + Chef Kevin Goldsmith

Get spooky on at the WestoBoo! Meal Series on October 28 at 6 PM as artist Stephanie Hardigree and Chef Dalton Slantis come together to bring a spooky Haunted Mansion-themed meal to the Old Medical College of Georgia. Stay afterward for the WestoBOO! Bash with live entertainment and free drinks!

WestoBOO! Bash 

as Westobou hosts its inaugural Halloween bash on October 28 at 8 PM! Enjoy a haunted evening of drinks, hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, and spooky surprises. The theme this year is Haunted Mansion at the Old Medical College of Georgia. Go all out with a costume or come dressed in all black. Upgrade to VIP to receive free drinks all night.


“Augusta in the Fall” Art Exhibition

"Augusta in the Fall" includes art pieces that have direct ties to Augusta's River Region, such as the portrait pieces by Ann DeLorge and the gorgeous local scene paintings by Michael Meissner. There are pieces that evoke autumnal feelings with moody color schemes, including Lillie Morris' works on display "Insomnious" and "Autumnal." This exhibition presented by the Greater Augusta Arts Council is up in the art gallery at Augusta & Co. and runs through October 29.  


Trick or Treat on Broad Street
It’s finally time for the 2nd Annual Support Downtown Augusta Trick or Treat on Broad Street on October 30. Dress up in your best Halloween costume and trick or treat from business to business between 9th-12th Street. Participating businesses will be passing out candy to trick or treaters ages 12 and under. Stay for dinner or drinks downtown to make a night of it! This is a free event for the public, but trick or treating is for children 12 and under. Event will start at 5PM and go until 7PM. Take a photo in your Halloween costume and use hashtag #trickortreatonbroadstreet.


Heroes for Hope 5k Run/Walk

Assemble for Child Enrichment's Heroes for Hope 5k Run/Walk on October 30th at Savannah Rapids Pavilion Park. This is a fun, family-friendly event where adults and kids are encouraged to dress up in their favorite superhero costumes and participate in the 5k run, 5k walk, or the Fun Run for kids aged 10 and under.




Augusta Handmade Fair

The Augusta Handmade Fair is a semi-annual fundraiser held by Redemption Church to benefit Sojourn Church in Kampala, Uganda. The event will take place November 5 & 6 featuring works by local creatives in mediums that include, art, soaps, jewelry, pottery, clothing, paper goods, accessories, knits, photography, paintings and so much more! The Augusta Handmade Fair is free to attend, and takes place at 930 Broad Street on November 5 from 5-9pm and November 6 from 12pm-4pm.


Riley Green

Riley Green will bring his "We Out Here Tour" with special guests Corey Smith and Kameron Marlowe to the Bell Auditorium in Augusta on Saturday, November 6, 2021. Showtime is at 7pm, doors open at 5:30pm.


University Health Care System Pops! Series: Brass Transit

Enjoy a performance by Brass Transit's horns and the Augusta Symphony on November 11th at 7:30pm. They will be performing some of Chicago's biggest hits like "You're the Inspiration" and "Saturday in the Park" at the Miller Theater!


Holiday Gingerbread Village

The Augusta Museum of History will be displaying its annual Holiday Gingerbread Village from Thursday, November 18 through Sunday, November 28, 2021. These intricate gingerbread creations, crafted by local bakers, are modeled after historic buildings in Augusta’s River Region. It is free to visit the Village which is displayed in the Museum’s Rotunda during regular museum hours. Visitors are invited to bid on the gingerbread houses via silent auction. All proceeds benefit educational programs, future exhibits, and preservation efforts at the museum.





Saturday Market at the River

Swing by the Saturday Market at the River where artists and craftspeople line the 8th Street entrance to the Riverwalk every Saturday in downtown Augusta from 8 am to 2 pm offering unique, handmade wares and mix in with local chefs and tastemakers selling ethnic fare, locally roasted coffee, fresh baked goods and regional produce. The last Saturday Market of the season will take place on November 20.
