Let the Family Advocacy Program teach you the tools needed to resolve anger and stress in a healthy way. Classes are offered the 3rd Thursday of the month! Learn ways and explore how to identify your own anger and stress cues. Participants will discover healthy ways to express anger and communication skills to enhance their relationships. Certificate of completion is provided at the end of the course.
