Black History Exhibit: “Pow! People of Wonder”

Experience the Black History Exhibit: “Pow! People of Wonder” at the Augusta Municipal Building now through March 1. This showcase will be a colorful and informative display of Augusta’s Black history with portraits and prints connected to the Golden Blocks Legends Comic book. Admission is FREE. 

Voices of Augusta Solo Exhibit

Experience the Voices of Augusta Solo Exhibit at Augusta & Co. now through March 30. This showcase features the work of artist Francie Klopotic with works portraying Augusta's own influential, inspirational, and iconic individuals. Portraits of local musicians and performers, such as Jessye Norman and DJ Codec. Support the local art community. Admission is FREE. 

Art Exhibit: “Immaculate” by Devin Lovett

Experience the art of Devin Lovett at “Immaculate” on February 3 at the Westobou Gallery at 5:00 p.m. This is a result of Westobou's year-long Residency Program. The exhibit will also include an Artist Talk followed by a reception from 6:00-8:00p with DJ Coco inspired by the works on display PLUS Westobou’s MICRO Gallery. .Admission is FREE.

Experience comedian Rodney Carrington LIVE on February 9 at the Bell Auditorium at 7:00p.  Carrington is known for the witty and sarcastic humor that he is able to blend into various mediums of stand-up, music, and short films. He integrates his country roots seamlessly into the essence of his demeanor and writing style. Admission starts at $49.50. 

Paint & Sip Party: Valentine's Day Couple's Painting

Enjoy a night of expressing your inner artist at the Paint & Sip Party: Couples Valentine’s Paint Night on February 10 at 7:00 p.m. For in-studio classes, you may bring your own sip & snacks in leak proof containers. You must be 21 & have your I.D. in order to consume alcohol. Admission: $100.

Get prepared for a night of laughs at the Rickey Smiley and Friends Comedy Tour hosted by Augusta Radio Personality, Selina Soul on February 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the Miller Theater. Admission starts at $55 - $75.

The 20th Southern Soul and Song Concert Series

The 20th series of Southern Soul & Song concerts + the Morris Museum of Art's 30th Anniversary, series founder Kevin Grogan has assembled an all-star lineup for the 2022–2023. Enjoy music from Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives on February 10 at the Imperial Theatre at 7:30 p.m. This series features acts through 2023, see the upcoming concerts here. 

Tony Howard’s Motown & Elvis Revue

Experience Tony Howard’s Motown & Elvis Revue on February 11 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bell Auditorium.  The Tony Howard Motown/Elvis Revue has been performing in front of sold-out crowds for 15 years in a row. You will experience a fresh and energetic show with songs from the legends to include the Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Bruno Mars, Tina Turner and a special tribute to Elvis! Admission is $20 

The Man, The Message, The Music: A Tribute to the Godfather of Soul

Experience “The Man, The Message, The Music”, written, directed and choreographed by two time published playwright, Tyrone J. Butler on February 18 - 19 at Augusta Mini Theatre. This production reinforces the local and international impact left by James Brown, while teaching lessons in history, self-reliance, and the human spirit, as did Dr. King. Admission $8 - $15. 

Augusta Half Marathon

Experience Augusta’s most scenic areas for the Augusta Half Marathon, 10K and 5K on February 25 at 6:00AM. Runners and walkers are welcome to participate in the 13.1 mile road race, 10K or 5K. Kids can also participate in the FREE 2023 Medals for Miles on the same day. Registration for the race starts at $45 - $70.

Her unique brand of comedy is grounded in her relatability and her no holds barred descriptions of motherhood, dieting and marriage all delivered with her sweet Southern charm. Jill Scott LIVE: 23rd Anniversary Tour

Experience the Who Is Jill Scott? Anniversary Tour which kicks off in Augusta on February 28 at the Bell Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of her album Who Is Jill Scott?: Words and Sounds, Vol. 1. Admission is $45 - $268 and additional VIP packages.

Sculpture Trail

Enjoy the Augusta Sculpture Trail tour! The trail features 14 beautiful sculptures by nationally renowned artists on display in downtown Augusta. These new pieces of public art can be found along the Riverwalk, Broad Street, and the Augusta Common. Each sculpture tells its own unique story. This is brought to you by the Greater Augusta Arts Council. Bring the family or friends to participate in the Augusta Sculpture Trail-Scavenger Hunt to earn badges anytime day or night.
