MWR Star is an initiative to recognize exemplary employees in MWR. People who go above and beyond to assist MWR customers and their co-workers. One individual is chosen monthly to be featured as our star, spotlighting details about themselves and their position within MWR.
The month of March features Mrs. Chaundra Rowe, an Administrative Support Assistant with CYS. She has been with MWR for 7 years and here at Fort Gordon for 2. In her off time, Chaundra enjoys spending time with family, watching classic movies and gardening. Chaundra shared that she enjoys her job, but her favorite part is meeting new people everyday. Her motto is, “Be the change you want to see in the world, because we must start with ourselves first.”
Chaundra was chosen as the 1st MWR Star because she is CYS’s go-to person! Whenever someone is looking for something, she comes through with a smile and an answer.
