Rules and Guidelines:
- Cyber Conference & Catering Center are the only personnel authorized to provide alcoholic beverages at any event.
- The fryer, steamer, and griddle may not be used by outside caterers at any time.
- Middle section of indoor furniture may not be moved at any time.
Cancellations:
Cancellation Policy for Conference Center: If cancellation notice is provided 120 days or more prior to event date – 75% of deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation for Lodging: Reservations for more than 3 units of lodging must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to check-in. (Charges will apply)
Full amount must be paid upon reservation of Conference Center. All dates are locked in upon reservation. Reservation dates cannot be moved or rescheduled.

Lodging
Lodging, along with the conference center may be reserved in advance past the Active Duty and Retired reservation restrictions.
