Army Sports Fitness Aquatics

Overlord Fitness Center

Personal Training (Fit and Health by Ashlie), Aerobic Classes (Lionheart Wellness) and Massage Therapy (Kinetic Bodywork Center).

Torch Fitness Center

Weight room, which consists of strength and free weights, cardiovascular, basketball court, volleyball court, equipment issue room and sauna. Also offering pickleball classes.

Nelson Fitness Center

Weight room, which consists of strength and free weights, cardiovascular, basketball court, volleyball court, sauna and racquetball courts. Also offering dance classes.

Victory Fitness Center

Strength room, cardiovascular room, weight room, boxing room, sauna, CrossFit Instruction and equipment issue room.
